Once instruction begins, educators have always-on access to Real-Time Coaching, including 350+ Implementation Essentials and Lesson-Embedded Support mini modules through the Reading Horizons software. We deliver guidance right when teachers need it based on lesson progress.
Reading Horizons will continue to support you with high-impact professional learning throughout implementation. Virtual synchronous sessions provide targeted support while in-person learning deepens practice through reflection and goal setting for years two and beyond. This flexible and ongoing approach improves program implementation and enhances impact over time.
We offer observational and supportive one-on-one coaching for new teachers and unique classroom environments to build sustainability across implementation settings. Coaches work closely with district admins to identify trends and opportunities for growth into year two and beyond.
