The most successful reading initiatives aren’t just launched—they’re sustained. In this session, we’ll explore what it takes to maintain and deepen implementation over time. Using a framework grounded in implementation science, we’ll highlight strategies for long-term capacity building, fidelity, and continuous improvement throughout each stage of implementation.
We’ll also hear insights from Jodie Meredith, Elementary Language Arts and RTI Coordinator at Barbers Hill ISD, who will share her firsthand experiences and best practices for sustaining impactful reading programs.
