Evidence-Based Programs to Raise Reading Scores in Florida
My kids are reading fluently. They are more confident in their learning, and I am far more confident in my teaching.”
Christy Russel, First-Grade Teacher, Gilchrist County Schools, FL
Aligned With Florida’s B.E.S.T. ELA Standards
Florida’s Benchmarks for Excellent Student Thinking (B.E.S.T.) Standards position Florida to become the most literate state in the nation; it paves the way for Florida students to receive a world-class education to prepare them for the workforce. The Standards for English Language Arts (ELA) are a product of Florida literacy experts, Florida educators, and vested stakeholders.
Miami-Dade County Public Schools Case Study
